交货和退货
DELIVERY
- Your orders placed on akdispractico.com are produced within 15 days at the latest and delivered to the contracted cargo. When purchasing this product, the buyer has accepted the time of delivery.
RIGHT TO RETURN
- In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods without any justification and without penal terms. It is sufficient to notify the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within this period in writing or with a continuous data carrier.
- Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in the contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are likely to expire or which are not suitable for being sent back by nature and are in danger of deterioration, prepared in line with the consumer’s wishes or clearly the personal needs of the consumer.
- In case the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the seller or the provider is obliged to return the total price received and any document that puts the consumer under debt within ten days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification without any expense to the consumer, and it is obliged to take back the goods within twenty days.
- The decrease in the value of the delivered goods or the existence of a reason that makes it impossible to return does not prevent the right of withdrawal from being exercised. However, if the depreciation or the impossibility of return is due to the consumer’s fault, consumer must pay the value of the goods or the decrease in value to seller. Changes and deteriorations caused by the habitual use of the goods are not considered to be depreciated.
